By taking part in the Founder Check, you automatically participate in our Startup Anatomy Study 2021, a Europe-wide startup study that aims to identify unique founder characteristics.
What is the Founder Check?Â
The Founder Check was specifically designed to help early-stage startups succeed. It combines:
– 360-degree psychometric test
– personal coaching sessionÂ
It will help you understand your values, become even more innovative and grow as successful entrepreneurs through leadership training and mental well-being.
The Founder Check is unique due to the truly interdisciplinary nature of our team that has developed and, by now, applied it for more than 1.000 founders. We are psychologists, data scientists and HR experts who have worked in startups all our lives. We aim to combine behavioral economics, positive psychology and good old statistics with our background in the digital startup world.
First, you can indicate your interest by filling out the sign up form. If you have co-founders, please add their names and email addresses in the dedicated answer field in the form. Like that, you can gain unique insights into your team composition. Please do not forget to also brief them about the process!
After signing up, within a few days you will receive an email from MINDONE with your personal link to the online 360-degree psychometric test. Please also check your spam folder regularly! Just follow the instructions in the email – get yourself a nice cup of coffee and avoid any distraction while filling out the test. Completing the questionnaire takes an average of 30 min.
After completing the Founder Check online test, please reach out to Claudia Naue (claudia.naue@speedinvest-heroes.com), who will share your personal test report with you and schedule your personal coaching session with our consultant. During this coaching, you’ll get more information about your ‘superpowers’ and gain deep insights into the context of different founder profiles.
Once you are done, the results will be merged into the comprehensive Startup Anatomy Study, and you will get unique benchmarking insights.

From the very beginning, Speedinvest Heroes was at the pulse of the European startup ecosystem. Our core objectives were to create, conceptualize and share knowledge about the startup world, which is why we have conducted the Startup Anatomy Study 2019. We wanted to learn about the success factors of entrepreneurs, their key motivational drivers and their unique traits compared to corporate counterparts. In 2021, we roll out this study on a European scale to further deepen our topical understanding based on the results of hundreds of Founder Checks.Â
