We provide you with all the support for a smooth hiring system as well as we take over the complex and exhausting applicants’ management (Job ad creation and placement, CV pre-selection, pre-screening calls, patience and rejection letters, etc.).

#4 The finishing line: when we’re done, you’ll get notified via email. You can then view the profiles in your Dashboard. The number of delivered profiles can differ depending on the recruiting hours, seniority, industry and location.
Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) covers the ongoing management of applicants from junior to mid-level positions. Regarding complexity, we differentiate between RaaS and RaaS+: while the former one is limited to the management of incoming applicants for 2-5 positions (10 hours per week), Raas+ also includes active sourcing for 2-5 positions (15 hours/week), which means the HR Consultant actively approaches candidates in order to find the most suitable one.
The process includes 3 major phases:
#1 Kick-off meeting, where the job profile is created in line with the requirements and the company culture.
#2 Applicant management comprises the pre-selection of active applicants, conduction of screening interviews and recommendation for further steps.
#3 Regular update calls and electronic documentation of the project aim to provide transparency.

#4 Presentation and decision, where the HR consultant presents the final candidates, provides support during contract negotiation & drafting and also offers an Organizational Development workshop for the new team if needed.
